On this first episode, I chat with a fun, energetic and fit mother of 4 boys, Jennifer Gelman of BWMC Fitness. Her popularity started when her husband encouraged her to use her creativity and passion of physical activity and create snack size home workout videos with her 4 sons and share them on social media.
Those fun mini workout videos quickly caught the attention of major online publications such as Dr.Oz, Popsugar, Healthy Women, People, Daily Mail, etc.. and today she is sharing, how mothers can take 5 minutes throughout the day to exercise with literally anything and anywhere!
”I believe that by making time for yourself, you are giving yourself the strength to be the best parent you can be. I want my kids to look back…, nobody’s perfect, nobody’s happy all the time but I want them to remember a happy mom, a successful parent that could accomplish things and not just feel completely defeated at the end of the day.” Jennifer Gelman
