Life is defined by the moment you’re in right now. You choose to chase a goal or share your heart because nothing is guaranteed. This is one of the lessons that Vanessa’s late mom intrusted in her. Since the passing of her mom in a tragic accident, Vanessa has been on a new path to discover herself and live a life with meaning and happiness, raising her 2 little girls and learning what is means to be a mom and a momentrepreneur.
She’s a stress relief and lifestyle coach for MOMtrepreneurs. Helping busy moms navigate the pains, see the good and beauty even through a difficult situations and overwhelming moments. One of her main focus is how to help mom entrepreneurs reclaim control, productivity and happiness in their life.
Where will you be in 10 years? She asks. Vanessa also talks about the importance of this question, the value of goal setting to Breakthrough To The True You. Which is also the name of her signature online program for the busy working moms that might feel out of control.
She is one of the most physically fit and mentally strong mothers I know….and she even shares her own tips at the end of the episode for how she makes her body strong and her exercise routine with a newborn baby and a 2 years old girl. We can all learn a thing or two about keeping our minds strong because in the end, that makes all the difference!
